A fully customisable message alert that you can send to customers who opted-in.

What is a Broadcast alert?

The Broadcast alert allows merchants to send custom messages via WhatsApp, SMS or FB Messenger to customers who previously opted-in for these alerts via the various ShopPop opt-in widgets.

ShopPop offers many widgets that allow the customers to opt-in to receive custom broadcasts, such as the Button to Drawer or Post-purchase widget.

Over time, the number of opt-ins will increase, building a list of customers that you can then notify via the Custom Broadcasts alert feature, for example if you are running a seasonal promotion, promoting an offline event or dropping a new collection.

This enables you to directly communicate with your customers in their preferred channels, whether that’s WhatsApp, SMS or Facebook Messenger.

This alert requires customers to have opted-in via one of the following opt-in widgets:
