What is the Post-Purchase widget?
The Post-Purchase widget is a widget designed to appear on the order confirmation page of your store, right after a customer has made a purchase. A customisable prompt is shown to allow customers to opt-in to receive Custom Broadcast alerts via their preferred channel, WhatsApp, SMS or Facebook Messenger.
Over time, the number of opt-ins will increase, building a list of customers that you can then notify via the Custom Broadcasts alert feature, for example if you are running a seasonal promotion, promoting an offline event or dropping a new collection.
This enables you to directly communicate with your customers in their preferred channels, whether that’s WhatsApp, SMS or Facebook Messenger.
